The building that houses the Mill Woods Library, and the Seniors and Multicultural Centre includes a large multi-purpose space, a program room, an arts room, a games room, lounging areas and many activities for seniors.
The Meadows Community Recreation Centre is located within the Meadows District Park, and offers residents a space for activities such as swimming, skating, and fitness.
Residents have access to many outdoor recreational activities and public parks. The largest is Jackie Parker Recreation Area, located next to the Mill Woods Golf Course. The park includes an off-leash dog park and walking trails.
